Tasks of the Follow-up Division

1- Viewing the work plans who has developed by the divisions and technical departments which approved by the ministry.

2- following-up the implementation of the plans approved by the GeoSurv and the plans that are updated during the field and office work and the contractual plans approved by the GeoSurv in terms of the work volume, time period and follow-up the activities and events of the divisions and departments and supporting their implementation of the tasks assigned to them to support the divisions and the technical departments.

3- Submit a report to the senior management on the progress of the work and clarify the reasons for the decline (in case of a decline) and obstacles to work.

4- In the case of any change in the volume of work and from the time period planned, an official memorandum must be submitted by the executing entity and obtain the original approvals from the higher management.

5- Monthly follow-up reports.

6- Preparation of a quarterly report (follow-up of quality objectives).

7- preparing the quarterly position report of the research and development division and sending it to the Ministry of Industry and Minerals / General Authority for Industrial Research and Development.

8- Preparing of a weekly report for the activity of the GeoSurv and submitted to the Ministry of Industry and Mineral / Undersecretary of Development and Investment affairs.

9- Prepare a monthly GeoSurv path report and submit it to the Ministry / office of the Undersecretary for Development and Investment Affairs and copy of it to the esteemed advisor.

10- Preparing the quality control report for raw materials of the GeoSurv and sending it to the Ministry of Industry and Mineral / Industrial Services Sector / Quality Monitoring Department and a copy of it to the office of the Inspector General.

11- Sending all the research completed by the research and development department to the Ministry / General Authority for Industrial Research and Development.

12- Obtaining selection approval for the late research.

13- Participate in a performance efficiency report of the GeoSurv.
