Tasks of the Metallurgical Data Division
- Granting approvals for the companies in order to invest mineral resources to establish laboratories.
- Answering all the relevant authorities regarding the allocation of mineral resources locations and the provision of information and data related to them.
- Completing of the transactions of the Land Allocation Committee for the purpose of investment and development projects which is affiliate to the presidency the Council of Ministers and archiving them.
- Following up on updating the mineral investment maps of the governorates which are updated by the Informatics Department in coordination with the Geology Department / Mineral Investment Division.
- Saving all the correspondence in accordance with the unified archive system for the state departments.
- Granting all agricultural and public service approvals (establishing a school – building a mosque / Husainia, Etc.) in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
7.Cooperating in conducting agricultural and non- agricultural statements made by a specialized committee formed in the Mineral Investment Department
