Quality Management Division

 Tasks of the Quality Management Division

1- Planning to applicate and develop of the quality systems and standards related to the quality department in the GeoSurv.

 

2- Determining of the training needs toward comprehensive quality and quality control related to the implementation of the international standards ISO 9001/2008, supervising and participating in the implementation of this training and evaluate it.

 

3- Internal audit and periodic review to identify cases of deviation and nonconformity and for all activities practiced by the GeoSurv.

 

4- Communicating with the qualified parties and the certificate body, the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control, and manage and accomplished all that is required of relations and business related to the GeoSurv with those bodies.

 

5- Documenting the quality systems of the GeoSurv and documenting any documents related to the quality department centrally in terms of issuing documents (coding them) and controlling them.

6- Follow up the controls of the preservation, retrieval, destruction, withdrawal and redistribution of documents and the creation and developing of forms related to the quality.

 

7- Carrying out the planning processes for internal (audit) reviews, supervising their implementation, following up the training of internal reviewers (auditors), as well as organizing administrative reviews and preparing reports for senior management.

 

8- Preparing and formulating the policy and objectives of the quality department.

 

9- Follow up on changes in quality management standards.
